My package is stuck at arrival scan at x location. If your package has a departure scan it will get an arrival scan. Departure scans are logical scans based on the most recent physical scan. 14 dec 2024 after 4 days with no scans and still on the way status at my local facility, customer service recommended filing a claim. It may show up.
So weird and frustrating.
