These springer precision compensators are specifically designed for the springfield xdm. 45 cal or 10mm to work with factory ammunition. Made from anodized 6061 aluminum for a light. I shot a mag without it, mounted the compensator, and shot a mag with it. It does work to lower felt. These compensators are specifically designed for the xdm 10mm & 45acp with the factory threaded barrels to work with factory ammunition.
